Error during connecting table from excel in OneDrive

Hi folks,

 I am getting the below error while adding a table from excel from OneDrive:

Could you please help me understand the reason of this error?

    ensure the data is in a valid table format and try to create a new sheet if the data is copy pasted from somewhere else.
