Combine multiple share Point lists (20+) in single Master List

Hi team, hope you are doing great! I need your help for below requirement -

Requirement - There are 20+ share Point lists (with same structure) and whenever there is an update in item or new item added in any list than item should be added in new Master List.

I found couple of ways (using Power Automate, Power apps etc.) to combine 2 or 3 share Point lists. However, need your help to figure out the best way to combine items for 20+ share point lists.

The only real way to do this is going to be to use 20+ Power Automate flows.  The flows will all be essentially the same except each flow will have a trigger set for a specific list.  There is no way to currently do a trigger that will be fired by more than one list.

Thank you @Pstork1 for quick response. We will live with 20 flows than no choice. Hope it should be possible soon to have single flow for our requirement.

Because of the way automated triggers work I doubt you will ever be possible to have a single flow attached to multiple lists.

    Hello!

    Consider the following workaround:

    1. Create a Sharepoint List (Check List) with three columns: A) Name of SP SUB List (Title); B) Status (Single Choice Column) C) SUB SP List Element ID

    2. Create Flow that checks all your SUB SP Lists for new entries or updates (best practice would be a single choice column with Status = Updated / New / Done & set standard to New) and create a new SP List Item in Check List: Title = Name of SUB SP List; Status = all but 'Done'; ID of that SP Element. After copying set the Status Choice to 'Done'.
    3. Create a new Flow that triggers when an element is created in the SP Check List.

The Flow from 3 could be like:

SP Trigger > Switch Action on 'Title' Field of created SP Element
IN EVERY switch you could to:

Get Item (SUB List ITEM)> Create Item (Master LIST)

    This should work.

    Here you go.

Just make sure you create a column in your Master List and name it something like "OriginalID" this is required when the flow run for update so it will not do duplicate but update the same item

You will need to create for each List a flow like below.

    length(outputs('Get_items')?['body/value'])

Wish this helps. because I am using it on 10 Sp lists with same scenario as yours
