I am building a series of pages in sharepoint that start with a contents page of topics and then clicking on each topic takes you to another page which has the list of subtopics. On the contents page I would like to place a power app with an input field to allow users to keyword search through all of the subtopics, as an alternative to clicking through to each subtopic and checking manually.

I am aware that power apps can search through lists and document libraries, but is it possible to make an app that could search through sharepoint pages? I understand that sharepoint has a site wide search but it feels a bit over the top to use this and I was hoping to be able to present a more filtered list of results (rather than everything on the entire site). Is this possible at all?

well yes its possible. I can think of one way

but you need to use Your name i mean Power Automate😅.

Create a Powerapp trigger flow ; use get file properties . if you see your sitepages library good if not what you can do is click enter custom value and you need to give your site pages library guid. you will get all properties of pages you can define what properties you need and give response to powerapp. you can call this flow on app on start or screen onvisible property.

to get library guid: go to your library setting check url at the end you would see List=some value

List=%7B3635d862-1fb7-555b-a361-16655bce9907%7D

remove %7B,%7D your guid value is 3635d862-1fb7-555b-a361-16655bce9907
