Trying to forward email, says Message ID is malformed

My workflow is pretty simple. I am trying to forward an email that I receive from the same sender. I have three separate emails that I have to forward to a listserv group. They all come from the same email address but have different subject lines. However, it's failing because, apparently, I don't have the correct message ID in that parameter field. I don't want to paste the actual message ID in this forum, but the format is a [38 character code] @ [13 character identifier code] . namprd13.prod.outlook.com

I'm unsure what I should put in this field. Is it the message ID that I want generated when it's forwarded? Is it the ID of the person sending the message? Is it the ID of the listserv?

Share your flow. I guess you are using the wrong message ID - try to select another one.

    Here's my flow.

Here's the window when I click on the 'Forward an email' step. Is this the correct format for the Message ID?

    Here is the error message:

Please let me know if you need to see more in order to understand the problem.

No, correct format looks like this:

    id":"AAMkADA4M2U3YzIxLTk4Y2EtNGEyZi1iMDVmLWI2ZGRhZDhiNDE2ZABGAAAAAAAIPnyr1OQgTYe9Xgx6TBGdBwCr7SpMEALvSL7ZAT1FmHR7AAAEACGpAACr7SpMEALvSL7ZAT1FmHR7AAAEAH9BAAA="

To resolve your issue do this.

You need to add the Dynamic Property Message Id from the trigger, not the string.

So click into the Message Id parameter, of the Forward an email v2 box
    type /
to get the optionto add Dynamic Content
in my view, i then had to click See more (24) so i could find the Message Id
then click message id and it looks like this
    Then it will work

If this resolves your please Mark as resolved and maybe a like

    thanks!!

Thank you Michael. I had seen that as the resolution, but I didn't know how to get there. I really appreciate your step by step instructions. The emails go out in the morning so I will be able to test this flow then and will be able to change the status of this. Thanks again.
