Can I create a Flow that can be used by anyone in the organization?

I crated a new/term employee form and want supervisors to complete and then it gets sent to the IT helpdesk to complete user setup.  How can I share this. The flow fails if anyone else completes the form except me.  It give an 404 error.. you are not authorized to send email.  Simple flow - complete Form.. submit results to email helpdesk@... and email the supervisor(requestor) that it was summitted.

Thanks for any help.. it seems very simple.

You'll need to remove the "send as" configuration.  The issue is that you won't have permission delegated to you to send email on someone else's behalf (unless it has been specifically granted to you by every user who will submit a Form).

If you remove the "send as" configuration, I suspect your Flow will run without issue.

Can you tell me if you have configured the "Send as" section in your email actions?

If so, that is very likely your issue.

3 steps to the flow: 1) Supervisor- Fill out Form with new staff information - Submit 2) Email to helpdesk with details from the Form 3) email to supervisor - acknowledge the form submitteFlow - New User.JPG

You shouldn't need to share this Flow to have it run anytime anyone submits a Form.  I am assuming that the Flow is triggered when a new Form is submitted.

Can you post a screen shot show how your Flow starts please.

    Hi @BHarvey,

What is the trigger in your flow?

Could you please share a full screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Have you share the flow with users in your organization?

If you haven't share the flow with  users in your organization, please share your flow with others refer to screenshot below:
