Processing email attachments causes pdfs to be blank

I am looping through emails and taking every attachment and processing them through an AI model, when I get to pdf some pdf files are being processed blank and it is failing, but when I open them off the email they are fine. I send the attachment at the end and that is blank too.

    Hi @Jedi16041970 

     

    You need to pass the output body of "Get attachment" action in the file parameter of AI builder action.

     

    Here is an example:

    Firstly, switch to classic designer by toggle off 'New designer' flag on the top right corner:

    There are issues with file object in new designer. Post switching to classic designer, just retest the flow.

     

    If issue still exists, then you can search output body of get attachment action in dynamic content window and pass to the file parameter:

    Ok i have retested the flow after turning off the New Designer - same issue, any other ideas?
