How can I make a workflow with multistep and approvals?

Hello,

Good Day..

I want to make a workflow using Sharepoint list and Cloud Flow to be as follows,

  • Staff send a request for approval to access,
  • then Temp Approval Granted with specific login credentials from the Manager,
  • and then Staff after finishing the work he must add then a comment describes the jobs he has made,
  • then submit again for review, then will be closed after review by manager.

Also, can I want to make that each staff see his requests only, but manager can see all requests data.

Thanks & Regards,

Mohamed Adel

    Hi @MhmdAdel

Since you are using sharepoint to put a approval request, which in turns triggers a power automate approval flow to the manager, then specific credentials are given by manager which is either updated back to sharepoint or will be emailed to you back.

I think you can set permission is sharepoint to make the list items view so that items that are created by user can only viewed by the user.

refer the above link for more info

    Hope it helps
