Can I block users of a LIST that is inside a sharepoint page group ? For example: I create a View Mode default as public. But sometimes people that shouldn't to change this view configurations can do changes if they create or save one as the same name.

Only the owner should to have this permission. This LIST is inside a sharepoint group and capture the same permissions for the group but i need to have specifc security rules for this list. Can I implement this restrictions?
