I am new to powerapps, I need to create a connection using third party SFTP Server.
Is it possible to do that?
What are the possible ways to connect SFTP server?
Please help me to solve this.

In the connections list it is mentioned that SFTP-SSH Microsoft.
My questions is third party SFTP Servers like OpenSSH, Rebex, FileZile etc..,
can we add this through connections?

Yes, I believe this should work. The SFTP-SSH connector should behave as an SFTP/SSH client and be able to connect to any server (Microsoft or non Microsoft) that properly supports the SFTP protocol.
