Hello.
Is is possible to mention people in replies for MSTeams messages? I tried PostReplyToMessageV2 and this syntax: "<at>useremail@mail.com</at>" with no success.

Unfortunately, it is could not mention some people in the Post a message (V2) action of MS team connector. There is a similar idea you can vote it to make it come true in the future:
The action which can mention somebody is Post a message as the Flow bot to a channel, I hope it can help you:
