Revoke Access from Old Case Manager and Grant to New Case Manager in Dataverse using Power Automate

I have an "Injury" table in Dataverse with a "Case Manager" column, which is a lookup to the "System User" table. When an admin changes the case manager (i.e., switches the old case manager with a new one), I want to automatically:

  1. Revoke record access from the old case manager.
  2. Grant record access to the new case manager.

I need help in retrieving the old case manager's value and using it in the flow to properly manage the access permissions.

Can anyone guide me on how to set this up in Power Automate? I'm looking for the best approach to handle this scenario, especially how to handle retrieving the old "Case Manager" value before the update is applied and using it to revoke access.
