Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

The Home Screen of our app contains a number of Power BI tiles, which link off to other screens. From day one our app crashes/restarts every few minutes when accessed via iOS. To clarify, PowerApps does not restart and the session is not recreated - only the custom app on top of PowerApps experiences this issue.

After testing an alternate Home Screen, which does not use PBI tiles, but instead uses simple buttons, the issue does not occur.

I would include screenshots, etc. but since there is no easy way to document this issue because of its inconsistency, I'm unable to do so.

This is a definite bug in the integration of the PBI tiles so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
