Hello, I created a flow probably over a year ago. It has been working just fine until recently. I noticed it stopped working a few months ago. I go in to test it out and the "Get Profile v2" is erroring out.

The user that is "not found" is myself and I am very much here lol .

Context - There is a question on the form that has email addresses as choice options. UPN email addresses.

In general the workflow triggers when a user submits a form > get responses from form > get the requesters profile (works) > get the HR person's profile from the email address selected from the choice options > Triggers an approval to the HR person > Looks for attachment > Sends notification to the team to process request.

Any advice?

Could there be a trailing space in the string? If you double-click on the text in the User (UPN) output, see if there is a trailing space. If so, you can do one of two things:

Edit your MS Form question to remove any trailing spaces
Wrap your dynamic content in the trim() function.
