Triggering notification emails from dates in a Sharepoint list

I have a list of active items with expiration dates and need to automate sending emails to the owners (also in the same list pulling from a person or group) to remind them 30 days before expiration, 7 days before expiration and on the expiration date. I have been struggling with this for a week and none of the copilot recommended flows work. Has anyone been able to accomplish this, and if so, how? Please share and save me from Power Automate insanity! Thank you

    1. Recurrence trigger that runs once every day.
    2. SharePoint Get Items action to get all of the relevant items (probably an ODATA filter looking for Expiration date less than today plus 30 days and greater than today).
    3. Filter Array on Expiration Date formatted as yyyy-MM-dd equals today plus 30 days formatted as yyyy-MM-dd
    4. Apply To Each loop on the filtered array
      1. Send An Email action to the relevant person
    5. Filter Array on Expiration Date formatted as yyyy-MM-dd equals today plus 7 days formatted as yyyy-MM-dd
    6. Apply To Each loop on the filtered array
      1. Send An Email action to the relevant person
    7. Filter Array on Expiration Date formatted as yyyy-MM-dd equals today formatted as yyyy-MM-dd
    8. Apply To Each loop on the filtered array
      1. Send An Email action to the relevant person
This flow structure will accomplish your goals.

For some reason it's not working. The flow says it's run successfully but no emails ever send. Not sure what else to try. I used copilot to troubleshoot and none of the items it's suggested have helped. All fields are OData format field names and my flow follows what you've suggested.
