Greetings to the Power Automate Community,
I am trying to create a flow which requires it to find an item in a specific microsoft list by its "Title" column, which I use to store users' emails. The sharepoint lists connection only allows user to locate an item and get its contents by the item ID, however this is not possible in my situation where the automation will be embeded within a powerapps project which can only access the basic user info such as name, email, and department, and I hope that searching for an item with a unique title column would be possible since that each email is unique.
