Using Solutions for when you leave the company to ensure connectivity

PowerApps newbie here, just read on this Solutions in Power Apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn. And still don't quite get what can this do for me. Have 2 Sharepoint list forms edited through PowerApps that use Data connections through my account (Excel, Sharepoint and Office365Users).
I'm leaving the company soon and want to make sure everything still will run perfectly. Was told that with Solutions this could be acomplished. But, I never even knew this Solutions was a thing, just finding out now.

So, do you have a step by step for the process of de-associating my account from the apps? Also, I'm trying to add my App which is the edited Sharepoint list form and can't find it with the name that appears in the top left corner.

While a Solution is a good way to package your apps/flows for export to source control or different environments, if you're on the way out the door the higher priority thing to do is to add co-owner(s) to all your apps/flows and SharePoint Groups containing the lists. This gives others the ability to manage those resources after your account is shut down. Do that first and worry about packaging everything into a Solution if you still have time.

    Hope that helps,

    Bryan

@BCLS776 Thanks! Will do. I'm asking also for a service account to be created so that account holds all the flows and data. Which I ready is something important to do as well.
