File Upload Issue - Corrupted Files Uploaded During Short Period in December, How to Ensure File Integrity

Hello,
I'm developing a file management system. The files are stored into a SharePoint document library and a Power App is used to upload files with a Power Automate Flow to said SharePoint library.
The flow can take the data for multiple files and upload them all with their respective meta data. This has been working without any major issues, but for the duration of about one week in December of last year (2022) multiple files were uploaded to the SharePoint Library which were corrupted / had no file size after their upload. This issue has not been noticed until the end of last month, so we are now unable to check the respective flow run history, since it only saves the past 28 days.

My current task is to ensure the file integrity to prevent such an error from occurring again.
To my understanding it is possible to get the file size of the uploaded files through (Get File Property), and my only idea so far has been to check whether this information is bigger than 0. I'd have preferred to compare the file size before the upload, while the file is still in the attachment control in Power Apps, and after the upload, in the SharePoint Library, but so far I have not figured out how to get the actual file size in the Attachment Control in Power Apps. And I am also unsure as to whether this is a sufficient safeguard for the file upload.
It is unclear what caused this issue in the first place and my attempts at uploading files in a faulty manner have only given me error messages, without actually uploading the files.
Another thought was, that this might have been a temporary issue on Microsoft's end, but I am not very experienced in figuring out errors of this kind, so I have not found anything on the topic of file upload issues during December 2022.

Please let me know what I could do to ensure the file integrity or how to properly resolve this issue. The files in question contain sensitive data, so not knowing the cause for this issue is rather unsettling.

If you need more information from my end, please let me know.
Also, please let me know if this is the correct help page for my issue.
Thank you in advance for your help.
