I am having an issue where files that I have uploaded to SharePoint are not being read by my custom Copilot. However, when I view the file on SharePoint afterwards, my copilot then is able to read the file and gives me a generative answer.
I am uploading these files through a Power Automate flow that I had created for my canvas PowerApps application. I am certain that the files have been uploaded correctly as I can see them on my SharePoint site when I refresh it. The problem is right after the files have been uploaded from my PowerApps canvas application, my copilot does not give me an answer when I ask a question regarding the uploaded document. It's as if it couldn't read the file that was just uploaded to Sharepoint, even though I had given it all the permissions it needed to read files from SharePoint on Microsoft Azure.
But after clicking on the file that was uploaded on SharePoint and asking Copilot the same question again, it gave me an answer this time and now I could see that my Copilot can view the file that was uploaded to SharePoint.
Is there a way that my custom Copilot can read the files that I have uploaded without having to view them on SharePoint first?
