I have searched the forum and saw different answers but doesn’t seem to work with what I seem to want to do.

I have a list where items are created and a column where the date is set to 14 days out for each item when it’s created.

I am looking to send a email notification to the original item creator on the 14th day from when the item was created.

I have tried the following:

When item is created
Get future time: 14 Days
Send email

This seem to be not working and it seems like the creator is getting the emails soon as the item is created to close it out instead of sending it on the 14th day.

Does anyone have any suggestions or can help ?
