I want to create table just like the below.
In my SharePoint List, there's already columns of English Call Volume, English Chat Volume, English Call ASA and so on.
The "Department", "English Call", "English Chat" in the leftmost column aren't in my SharePoint List, so I am trying to create that column (leftmost column) manually.
Attached below is my SharePoint List just to make you understand more of my situation.
Please assist and guide. Thanks in advance.
