Add all Google calendar Events not only the new events

I succeed in creating a flow that triggers a new event on google calendar and adds it to the Outlook Calendar, what i wasn't able to do is import all the events that are already created in the google calendar.

Does anyone know how should i do it?

If you want your existing events to be imported you will have to sync them using the Outlook to Google, or Google to Outlook template Flow.

Syncing your calendars will allow you to see everything from one calendar to the other. Creating a flow that triggers a new event will be effective starting the moment you created your flow, so technically any past events will not be recorded by the flow.

Hi @davidviriato,

I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:

Add a proper trigger, here I use Recurrence trigger, Interval set to 1, Frequency set to Day.

Add “List the events on a calendar” action, specify Calendar Id.

Add a “Apply to each”, input parameter set to output of “List the events on a calendar” action.

Within “Apply to each”, add “Create event (V2)” action.

A really big thank you! It worked like a charm!! Now my only problem is that the events are being duplicated everytime it syncs, any workaround for this??

And also update in case a Event in google calendar gets cancelled, otherwise the events will be always present and this could be really annoying in my case
