Transferring old emails to SharePoint

Hi there

We have a lot of old emails that we want to take out of the Outlook platform and store them in a SharePoint library. However, at the moment I'm having to manually put them in one by one, firstly by saving the whole thread on a Word doc (as .msg files) and then uploading that to SPO. It's going to take too long because there are literally thousands of emails. I was wondering whether there is a quicker way of doing it using Power Automate. I don't have much experience of using this but my understanding is that I'm not creating a flow because I don't want to divert incoming mail to SPO but simply make the task of transferring old emails from Outlook to SPO as efficient and painless as possible. Perhaps PA can also do this? Your help is much appreciated!

    Hi @Sandyman1 ,

You can create an instant flow with a button trigger to run it once or a scheduled automated flow with schedule trigger to run it recurrently (like every month or year).

Solved: Flow - Delete emails older than 7 days - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

This will create .eml files in SharePoint library then delete the Email from a specific folder.

    Best regards,
