Holiday Notification Reminder

Hi,
I am developing a Holiday Reminder Email system that will send notifications three days before each holiday to clients with active support. I need to verify that these notifications are being sent within business days. How should I go about doing this?

    My application uses an approval system, so the manager won’t approve an email on a Saturday to allow the flow to send a reminder on a Tuesday. Therefore, I need to calculate working days correctly. For example, if the flow detects a holiday on Monday, it should send the reminder on Wednesday, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
