15I have discovered an issue, certainly can't be the first to notice it, where I have an app that allows the user to attach multiple attachments on a form; instead, when the form is submitted, only 1 of the attachments with the same name are written to the SharePoint list we are using. This works fine when the app is posted on a Tab in Teams on a PC, but when accessing the app via Teams on an I-Pad, the app assigns the same name to all attachments captured via the camera while in the app. It is not an issue with version, IOS version or age of I-Pad. It is a issue when the app is accessed via the tab in Teams. If you click the 3 dots and select Open in Browser, it works fine.
Anyone know of a setting in Teams on I-Pads to remedy this or if it has been logged as an issue?
