Azure Form Recognizer returns partial rows when page changes / multipage table issue

Azure Form Recognizer sometimes has trouble reading multipage tables where one row continues to next page.

For example I have pdf that has 2 pages. First page has 3 full rows and 4th row starts and continues to the second page (highlighted DeliveryDate and E-Number are part of 4th row).

So Form Recognizer reads the table like this:

Has anyone had similar issues and a good way to resolve this? I have built some processing in my Power Automate flow that works but its bit complicated.

What makes this bit complicated is that sometimes the PDF will not have all information like ProductNo but I would still want my flow to continue (and not try to merge it with any other row).

Can anyone help to create clean solution. I'm curious if there is some clever way to just merge two rows where one row has column values missing that the other one has.

Any ideas welcome :)
