HI.
I have built a flow which takes an attachment sent to a Microsoft Group Mailbox and saves it to a specific Sharepoint location. It worked perfectly fine for 6 months and then suddenly one day provided the following error
Here is the flow: @creativeopinion
This successfully flowed and saved the file to the relevant sharepoint site - i used a contains "ActiveTasks" as file is named ActiveTasks- YYYYMMDD
Group ID matches on the two crossed out fields + the SharePoint site is valid.
The activetask condition is looking at Attachment Name when there is an attachment.
The 15th April - PowerAutomate has not triggered - fails to trigger even on manual and i resend the files again.
@nick5029 If you could share a screenshot of your flow.. I could try to provide recommendations or thoughts. It's hard to do so without seeing what your flow looks like.
Can you also upload a screenshot of your flow run that failed?
been doing more digging and for some reason PowerAutomate has stopped recognising the trigger all together.
Sunday I received email titled Active Tasks 2024-04-14 - worked fine and saved to Sharepoint without issue.
Monday I received email titled Active Tasks 2024-04-15 - PowerAutomate has not even recognised this - nothing changed in the email apart from date - this has been fine since September without issue.
Have you come across this before?
