Access forbidden error

Hi all,

I am trying to refresh a PBI file which refers source, which connects to URL. Every month the PBI file refreshes without any issues. But this time this throws an error "Access to the resource is forbidden". Am trying to connect using Anonymous setting. 

 

Please help.
