PowerApps does not show current version in main menu

Hey Guys,

i'm having a weird issue regarding the App im currently developing. Since i'm new to the whole PowerApps Universe i started the App with a template which i later realised wasn't the right fit. So i deleted all the App screens etc. in the App and started developing from scratch. When i saved my App and wanted to run it from the main menu (before you enter powerapps editior) it just shows the old template version, although it has all been deleted as far as i can tell. When i updated the App icon it did not show in the main menu as well. Is this a known issue or is there something im just not seeing?

btw: if i just click "edit" on it, it opens my app normally. also when i run "play" within the editor it works just fine

Hey v-bofeng-msft,

thank you for your response. That seemed to fix it. I never tried it, since i didn't actually want to publish the app yet. Is it designed to only update changes when you actually publish the app? i find that approach to be rather unintuitive.
