A table in an email body is an HTML table and will not be interpreted as a data table by PAD. You can get the values as a blob of text as a part of the entire email body by using the .Body property of an email message variable. So, if you retrieve your emails into a list using one of the actions for retrieving emails, you can get the body.
You will then need to use Parse text with regular expressions to retrieve the values one by one, and then do whatever you want to do with it.
