Problem Updating Connection Owner

So my last day with my current company is next Friday. In anticipation of that, I'm adding another owner to my Flows so that they will continue to run once I'm out of the system. I used this site and the instructions to go through that process. Everything so far has been easy to accomplish, but I'm running across a problem when I try and update the connection owner. Below are the instructions from the site I am following:

Update connection owner

You might need to change the owner of a connection in a flow if you remove the existing owner. Follow these steps to switch the owner of a flow:

  1. Select the flow that contains the connection you want to update from the Team flows list.
  2. Select See all from the OWNERS list.
  3. Select Manage connections from the Connections in use list.
  4. Search for the connection you want to update, and then select it.
  5. Select ... (more commands), and then select Switch account.
  6. Follow the steps to use a different account for the connection.

When I click on 'Manage Connections', the screen never shows any connections. I can see the toolbar along the left hand side, and the header. In the center of the screen, I get the blue loading animation. No error pops up. It just doesn't load the connections for me to switch over the owner. Any ideas on what to do?

On the Flow's main page, verify that the person you are trying to migrate the Flows to is listed as an owner (purple box), and that in their Flow account also has connections setup that match the connections used within the Flow (red box):

If you click See all you are taken to the detailed view page. Here you can add new Owners (red box) and Manage connections (purple box):

I would not manage connections from here. I would manage the connections from within the Flow itself. For the person you are transferring to, have them log on and edit the Flow. Then, on all of the trigger and actions of the flow, click the ellipsis on the step to bring up the popup, and then change the step's credentials under the My connections (green box): CopyFileThenDeleteFile.png

Once all of the connections are changed to their credentials, Save the Flow and then verify the connections have been updated in the Flow overview page (first screenshot above).

    Hi @Anonymous ,

After you share with other user flow, other users need to create the corresponding exclusive connection by themselves and make sure they can create all connection and have corresponding rights.

For example, When other users access a SharePoint Site in your flow, you must also give them access to the Site.

Or you can refer to the method in the documentation, but after the flow doc update the "Connections in use list" is gone, you can manage your connections via this way:Annotation 2019-05-27 141729.png
