Using mailto: in Chrome

Hello,

I've been successfully using mailto: in Powerapps for a long time, but today I was made aware that it's no longer working in Chrome (it's working perfectly in Edge). Is there a Chrome setting maybe that could be causing this? When I click a button that has mailto: in Chrome, it opens a new Chrome tab called "Untitled" and doesn't open up an Outlook email. My mailto: protocol is set as Outlook in my control panel. Has this happened to anyone? 

Chrome Version 111.0.5563.147 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    Outlook is currently buggy for me, but the link should look like this (according to the documentation): https://outlook.office.com/?path=/mail/action/compose&to=to_address&subject=subject&body=body

    or this (full-window editor):https://outlook.office.com/owa/#viewmodel=IMailComposeViewModelFactory

    Yahoo although works fine. Use this:https://compose.mail.yahoo.com/?to=to_address&subject=subject&body=body

    If you google these urls, you'll find more parameters.
