I have created a channel in Microsoft Team/Sharepoint to host our internal QMS. Within this channel, I added specific columns, including "Status" and "Process Approver." Additionally, I configured a Power Automate flow to send an email notification to the "Process Approver" whenever a document's status is set to "Pending," prompting them to review and approve the document.
Although the flow indicates that it is successfully triggered each time, no emails are being sent. Initially, the emails were being delivered, but over the past day or so during testing, the emails have stopped being sent.
Can somebody help?
