Hello! New user here.
I've been trying to build a MS Forms that is a repository for 1 to 2 unique files spanning through multiple questions. I've been hoping to connect the responses into SharePoint and have attachments collated per response.
To do this, I've been trying to repurpose Reza's tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-hiDOPAG-4) since it is similar to what I want. However, I've had difficulty implementing this since I would be needing about 10-20 questions, each question asking for an upload or two.
I would appreciate all the help regarding this as I'm really new. Thank you!
