Thank you for your response.
It is not neccessary to notify me when the file is modified immediately. I am trying to make a flow to refresh every 10 minutes to avoid the autosave function but theflow sometimes work but sometimes not. If you have a better suggestion, please let me know.

Thanks for updating. I am trying to find out a way to stop duplicate emails due to auto-save. But I am afraid that it would be hard to be achieved.
If there is a way to stop autosave when modifying the file online, that would be easier.
I will do some further research on this issue.
