@AMjul I know this is a recent post, but we are looking for the same functionality. Did you find any options? Both of our prior CRM's had reports that users could subscribe to, but Dynamics does not😠. I was hoping that Power Automate might help with that.
My thought is to use Power Automate to copy certain information from the opportunity record into an Excel file. The information in the file would update every day, so it won't get too large. Each morning, a summary of the file would be sent to owner of the records in Dynamics. As an example:
John Smith submits a lead that is qualified into an Opportunity. Our leads are handled by inside sales.
Jennie Lawrence is in field sales and is the account manager associated with the region for the opportunity created for John Smith. Jennie can check the Opportunity list everyday, but her region doesn't receive new lead generated opportunities everyday, so she needs an email alert only on the days where at least one opportunity in her territory has been added.
If I copied the daily leads to a single spreadsheet with the field sales account manager as a column, could I use that to send a summary of the leads in the email. Something like:
Jennie,
The following opportunities were created for your region yesterday,

Alternatively, maybe a summary of the number and total value of the opportunities would be better easier:
