I want to copy an entire folder WITH all subfolders from Dropbox to Sharepoint. Is this possible?

Hi all, I'm brand new to Power Automate and I've combed google for answers to this question and I have found no simple answers.
I want to copy an entire folder with subfolders from Dropbox to Sharepoint. I would also like those Dropbox folders to update to update in Sharepoint when a file is added to ANY of the subfolders within the parent folder in Dropbox.

Is this possible? I see all of the Dropbox functions outline that if actions need to happen within subfolders, that additional triggers should be added. With the folder organization of my Dropbox account, I would be creating endless triggers to update all of the subfolders within the parent folder (and the subfolders within those subfolders), which doesn't seem like a great solution for me.

Does it have to be Power Automate? Seems like Powershell would be a much better fit for this.

Thanks for the recommendation! I'm not finding a solution via google, and keep getting pointed back to PowerAutomate--would you be able to share a how-to for this type of flow in Powershell?
