It appeared that Power Automate’s experimental features are currently not compatible with some of our workflows. While editing an existing flow in a solution, SharePoint get and update actions (e.g. "operationId": "GetOnUpdatedItems") no longer shows environment variable in the Site Address. Instead, the phrase 'Custom Value' appears.
It appear that experimental feature requires the extra steps of editing the custom value and selecting the valuable in the the Dynamic Values screen. Its a few extra steps and wasn't obvious at first.
I hope this info saves a few other people a little time.
