Linking different hyperlinks to specific items

Hello Gurus 

 

I've read through a number of posts on this topic, but still have not manage to find a solution

 

scenario is:

SP List = FAQs

Fields = Title, Answer, Link, Hyperlink

Variouse different hyperlinks specific to the question

Have a name displayed (Link field) not the url 

 

what I want is to have "Link" displaying, eg Internal Comms, HS&E, Legal Team, etc and onselect it opens up the correct url aligned to that specific record.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated on this one

    1. Add a vertical gallery to a new screen

    2. Set the Items property to FAQs

    3. Remove all the default labels, or adjust as per following

    4. Add a label to the gallery, set it's Text property to ThisItem.Link

    5. Add an icon of you choice to the gallery, set it's OnSelect property to Launch(ThisItem.Hyperlink)

     

    Done.

     

    You could also improve the UX by adding the Launch(ThisItem.Hyperlink) code to the OnSelect of the Link label

    Hi  @RobHel ,

     

    Do you mean you want the label to show 'Link' field and hyperlink to 'Hyperlink' field?

    I think @Anonymous 's workaround should work for your case.

    First to modify the Text property to display Link field. Second, modify the OnSelect property with Launch function to navigate to the corresponding hyperlink.

    Please let us know if it does work for you.
