This list uses the trigger "When an Item is Created" to update the list item.

The flow owner has owner access to the SharePoint list.  He's also an owner for our site as well.  I blanked out the Site Address and Team Name fields in my screenshot.  If I copy his flow and make myself the owner the flow runs perfectly.   Not sure if I'm missing permssions somewhere or if there is an issue with his Azure account.

Let me know if the screenshot doesn't come through correctly.

    @crosbywr

    Can you share a screenshot of the error?

    Also, can you remove the Display Name dynamic data from the Claims and pass the email address of the office 365 user there?

    Hope this Helps!

    Thank you so much for responding. I posted a screenshot of the error.  Once I removed the Display Name dynamic data and passed the e-mail addresses of each HR user, the flow ran.  I guess I'm confused as to why Power Automate didn't like using the dynamic data for his Azure AD account.  It works fine for me.
