Failed to launch - Desktop version

Hi,

 

I need your help,


I have installed - uninstalled several times and still have the same problem.
The Desktop version does not start and gets stuck on this screen:

The identification worked, my name is on the top right but nothing works and the screen is frozen like that.

Can you help me ?

    Hi @lionelp and @WAB_Dave 

     

    May I ask if you are able to access your flows and desktop flows through the Power Automate Portal? https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/

     

    Also, in order to create new Desktop flows please have in mind that you Environment should have a database, and your user should have the appropriate permissions - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/database-security

    Thank you for your idea, but I had already tried and the same problem, the screen freezes, the small image rotates and it hangs there, with the image rotating.

     

    @PetrosF-MSFTPower Automate On Line is OK ! everything works fine online
