How to change the Time format while edit an item?

Hi, how can i convert from 12 am/pm to 24 hours to display?
I get data from sql table.

    If you are trying to convert to 24 hour, then you will need the AM/PM information.

    Without it, you will never know.

     

    If you have more details on that, then please share.
