Create a CSV file from an email attached Excel file that was saved to OneDrive

Hi, I am trying to set up a flow that will trigger on an email and save the excel file attachment to a OneDrive folder. The flow will then convert the excel file to a CSV file. I have created most of this these flows independent of each other, but I am having trouble getting the "create CSV file" part of flow to work when testing with an email attachment. The flow does not seem to be able to call the file that was saved to the folder path from the email.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
