Excel Create Table - Graph Error

I have a flow that uploads an Excel file, then creates a table within that file using an offset formula.  This was working yesterday (and for the last two years) and is not working today.
 
Does anyone know if this is a change in the Graph API or a transient issue?
 
 
Error message: Graph API request failed. Error code is 'InvalidArgument'. Error message is 'The argument is invalid or missing or has an incorrect format.

    I have noticed as have tons that Excel specifically is giving Gateway errors, which I believe is related even to your issue, in that whatever changes Microsoft made are impacting you as well.
     
    If I were you, I would go to here 
     
    This will allow you to try the graph action directly from the Graph Explorer. THis way you can see if it succeeds or fails and you will be able to understand whats really missing.
