I am unable to edit any of my power apps. Keep getting the following message. I can play them but not edit.

Al intentar abrir mi aplicación Canvas en Power Apps, recibo el siguiente mensaje de error:

"Error al abrir el archivo"

Error al abrir el archivo.

Este error aparece en una ventana modal y no me permite acceder a la aplicación.

Soy el creador/propietario de la aplicación

La aplicación es de tipo Canvas (Lienzo)

El error ocurre al intentar ejecutar/editar la aplicación desde el entorno DEV

Agradezco cualquier orientación o sugerencia para resolver este problema.

We have the same error. Since yesterday we cannot play our app and since today also the Power App Studio stopped working. It is only happening for a specific app in all our environments. Other apps are not effected.

My issue was something our own IT Department had changed.

It looks like there is a general issue with Power Apps today; one of my team and I both got the same error message on one app (others were not affected).

Hi,

did you find a solution? I can't open the app for editing and keep getting the 'Error opening file' message.

OK. I shared the app will a colleague and set them as co-owner and they are able to edit the app.

They then saved as a new app with a different file name and shared with me and set me as co-owner. I still cant edit the new version.

Regarding the absence of the apps are you sure you are on the correct environment? Regarding the error on edit it has happened to me a few times but with a simple refresh everything was ok. i hope to find the solution fast :/

Hi

I am so sorry this is happening I am certain its stressful as can be.

here are some suggestions

1. Open a ticket with Microsoft (no matter what as its their issue not yours possibly

2. Clear your Cache totally and only try to open them in Incognito/private mode

3. Try it on other machines if you can

4. Add another user as a Co-Owner and have them open it (see if they can)

5. One other possibility, (but I realize its ALL your apps), would be to roll them back 1 publish and see if that helps. Try it on 1 App, if it doesnt work you can simply restore the most Current

I am hoping clearing the cache and incognito or another user can open and republish, then you try.
