How to connect a collection to detail screen

Hi all,

I have two screen in my app. In the first screen I have a gallery that have some information that I loaded in a gallery (I have 2500 rows in my SharePoint list and I created a collection for show all information).
In the second screen I want to show all information that are in a single row in my collection.

I try to insert a viewForm in the second screen and insert in Items proprierty COLLECTION.SELECTED but it don't work (it work if I use the same proprierty with GALLERY.SELECTER).

Do you can help me?

Hello, @common_user, are creating the Collection when an item is selected in the Gallery? If that is the case, why not just use that collection in the Items property of the View Form? Collections don't have .Selected property, this property is a Control based property.

Do you want to connect a collection to a form?

Actually, Power Apps does not support to bind a collection with a form, here is a same idea you could vote for:

Allow Collections to be used as a DataSource in Fo... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

As a workaround, I think you could connect the form to your SharePoint list directly and display the Gallery selected record by the id from Gallery.Selected.

Set the Item property of the form as below:

LookUp(ListName,ID=Gallery.Selected.ID)

Now you will see the record in your form
