Get specific values from sharepoint list

Hello Guys,

I am building a power apps and encountered a Problem I cant handle. Also I don't really know how to search for it.

I have a self made Formula with cobmoboxes/Text inputs/ calender. This data is stored in a sharepoint list with a self generated unique id.

In the dashboard I have a gallery showing the results (title / date / unique ID) [I know how to call the NEw screen from gallery and how to pass the U-ID]

But how can I achieve that the specific fields are filled with the right association?

E.g.
05553 has the calender field 11/23/2021 and eMail thomas@contenso.com
So if I click the 05553 all fields should be filled with the data from the sharepoint list with the ID 05553

Did you know where I can find more information/tutorials about that or can you help me ?

Each of your controls needs to reference the Gallery selected item. I am going to presume that your gallery Items is the SharePoint list. For example the eMail-Adresse text input default property would be set something like this:

GalleryName.Selected.EmailColumnName

If your Gallery is using the SharePoint list as it's data source in the Items property, you can access the columns of the SharePoint list by referencing the Gallery selected item.
