87So I have multiple (like 10+) Microsoft Forms that are converted to emails for various outputs using Flow/PowerAutomate. Most part no problems.
So On Feb 15 & 16, 2023 while I was off sick and one of them just did not pick up any submission during the day yet I know from the submission results in Microsoft Forms the form was filled out 3 times.
Note on Feb 17 I got more submissions.
Any ideas as to why? Any idea how I protect against this besides doing a daily check of the logs examples below?
This is the second time I have seen this behavior last time was on a separate form & flow. I considered it a fluke but now am worried.
