Office 365 E5 Subscription: Power Automate Not triggering.

Hi All,

I have a weird problem . Since afternoon I have one Power Automate not triggering upon edit or created event. If I do disable and enable it back its triggering and flow runs without any issues.. The workflow has multiple steps. Inorder to check if it's happening for a simple flow , I have an email triggered on the same modify and create event and it has issues as well. Its new tenant with 365 E5 assigned and the flow runs on owner's plan.Is there any limit on number of flows can run against the E5 account or am I missing something simple here?
