Create a calendar reminder when an email with a specific subject arrives

Hello,

I have been trying to setup a flow that activates when an email with a specific subject arrives that creates a reminder in that person's outlook calendar for 25 days in the future from the email arrival.

I haven't gotten very far, but I was curious if anyone has attempted to make something similar to this behavior?

My apologies. Someone had already answered this for me a few months ago and I never saw the answer.

    Hi @XeonJackson,

    Do you want to create a reminder event in person’s Outlook calendar for 25 days in the further from the email arrival?

    I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

    • Add “When a new email arrives” trigger, Subject Filter field fill the subject that you want to filter.
    • Add “Create event (V2)” action, Start time field set to following formula:
    addDays(triggerBody()?['DateTimeReceived'],25)

    End time set to following formula:

    addDays(triggerBody()?['DateTimeReceived'],26)

    The flow works successfully as below:6.JPG

    More details about Email action, please check the following article:

    Trigger a flow based on email properties

    Best regards,

    Kris

    Hi @XeonJackson,

    Have you had a chance to apply @v-xida-msft's suggestions to adjust your Flow?

    If yes and you have found that solutions to be satisfactory, please go ahead and mark this thread as "Solved". 🙂

    Happy Flowing,
