Please help me with this flow. I have a certain form in MS Forms. I select certain items in the form, attach a file and submit the form. I have created a flow that checks the answers in the form and in parallel, if a file has been attached, then certain actions should be performed. The part where the answers in the form are checked works and the part that checks if the file has been created does not work, although the file is added to the folder.
